A brief history of horizon

Horizon Global Electronics was established in 2001 and grew to become one of the world's largest manufacturers of satellite, terrestrial, and cable installation meters. In 2007, Horizon Global Electronics received the Queen's Award for International Trade. The IMC Group acquired Horizon Global Electronics in 2014. In 2019, Horizon was discontinued as a product line by Ellab Monitoring Solutions Ltd. (formerly Hanwell), and official downloads and support ceased in June 2021.
